AUDIT
Providing the result of the feasibility analysis is conclusive, we'll engage into the final project including :

complete legal and technical audits of the existing situation (land, building, neighborhood, etc.) ;

summary of recommendations ;
-
presentation of the project's feasibility and development potential in all its aspects : conversion and/or restructuring and/or extension, with supporting documents and estimates.
We draw up :

a project charter guide line describing it's main elements ;

a selection and presentation of contributors and service providers.

FINAL PROJECT
PEREGRE supports you in monitoring and implementing your entire real estate project :

we help you analyze the choice of external contractors (tax advisors, lawyers, architects, surveyors, etc.) and supervise their work ;

we stay by your side to ensure the quality of the work to be carried out, optimize deadlines, control costs and optimize the tax impact of your project;
